About Us

The North East and North Cumbria Mental Health Network is made up of a range of stakeholders from across health and social care, education, community and voluntary sector and people with lived experience all working to improve the mental health and wellbeing.

Our aim is to provide mental health clinical advice, leadership and support in service change, development and delivery across organisational boundaries.

The Clinical Network is integral to the success of the Mental Health workstream of the Integrated Care System (ICS) of North Cumbria, the North East and North Yorkshire. A number of the ICS workstream programmes are led by Clinical Network staff and clinicians.

We are clinically led and draw on the relevant clinical, social care or community voluntary sector expertise where needed for each programme of work.
