Jan Rigby, Advanced Nurse Practitioner  Northumberland, Tyne and Wear Perinatal Community Mental Health Team and Clinical Lead for the Perinatal Mental Health Network

I trained in Newcastle upon Tyne as a registered mental health nurse and have been a CNP for over 20 years and have specialised in perinatal psychiatry since 2003.

I completed my BSc (Hon) degree in Practice Development in mental health in 2013 specialising in perinatal mental health and have been managing the perinatal community mental health team since 2014.

I am a Solihull trainer and am involved in training our midwifes and Health visitors within our locality.
